Overcome Your Fear of Criticism

In a battle between Fear of Criticism and Helping Others, courage will take you through the fear and into doing the right thing, despite what snippy people will say. The bottom line is, the ‘yummy’ people will stay and that’s all that matters: “Those Who Mind Don’t Matter and Those Who Matter Don’t Mind.” – Dr. Seuss.

The best solution of getting rid of this kind of fear when it comes to criticism and getting it more bigger is for you to come from a place of Compassion and Purpose. Comparison in a way that try to understand them, I know people don’t really mean to that kind malicious, it just their own “stuff” that simply coming off to their attitude, feeling of misfortune and jealousy, that they own self doesn’t reached it yet.

It is not your own personal problem, so try to ignore them, it is not a problem and you don’t waste your time to those things like that with the use of comparison you can handle that matter. And the PURPOSE why? Because if you try to put your focus in one reason and that is helping all the things will be secondary, even when it comes to hurt somebody that you don’t intend to do. Focus yourself in leadership and put your attention for being a SERVER of other, and let other people shine.
