Wellness and Holistic Life

Wellness refers to the condition of good physical, emotional, and mental health remarkably when you maintain your body by proper diet, exercise, lifestyle, and habits. It is generally means a healthy balance of the spirit and of the mind-body which could have an end result in an overall feeling of well-being. Being well is also being holistic.

Actually, wellness is composed of 3 factors. Most people give more importance on the fitness side or what they called the SMALLER side because they thought that they could gain WELLNESS but the truth is that they often forgot the HEALTH side which also the BIGGEST side. They do not gain the wellness they longing for due to lack of preparation of their bodies to have fitness workload.

In fact, there are young athletes from the past that died suddenly even if they are active. It is because they push themselves to fitness without proper/safe preliminaries of health first which eventually the reason they die. Health is 2/3rd larger than of wellness which maintains the balance for fitness to be safe holistically.

Financial wellness is the 3rd aspect of Wellness. There is a direct impact between financial health and the health/fitness of everyone. If people are not spending much for their wellness it is due to their financial stability or they do not have enough knowledge on how to attain or maintain wellness.

If we put our HEALTH to be our top investment priority then we must have to have health plan for ourselves. Most of us only develop a SICK PLAN which refers to a plan that will pay us when we are sick. Since many of us agree with this kind of plan, there is a possibility that we will have a wrong end. Instead of a sick plan why do go for a proactive health and wellness plan until the end.
